Responsibilities:
• Responsible for network availability 99.9% as a target & 24/7 support for restoration within SLA
• Organizing day to day activities like dispatching FLM to field for CM/PM activities and supporting them remotely as well as onsite to ensure timely troubleshooting of the trouble
• Responsible for checking all PM reports once completed to ensure customer quality standard
• Manage, supervise and support the MS teams for all CM activities to finish it and close any opened trouble ticket with in the SLA

I have worked as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer for RAN 2G/3G/4G TDD/FDD (Huawei BTS3900, BTS 3900L, DBS3900, DBS3910, and for MW transmission RTN 900 series (RTN950A, RTN980) RTN 300 series (RTN310, RTN320) ATN 905 & ATN 910.
• First level site maintenance, fault troubleshooting, intimation, escalation and coordination with respective vendors to maintain maximum network up-time.
